2. Platform Role
PartyBusSearch acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting users ("Renters") with independent transportation providers ("Vendors"). We do not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles. All transportation services are provided directly by the independent Vendors. We are not responsible for the performance, safety, or quality of the actual transportation service.
3. Booking & Payments
Estimates vs. Final Pricing: The prices displayed on our Platform are based on rates provided by Vendors and our automated routing algorithms. Actual final pricing may vary slightly based on specific routing, tolls, or vendor-specific policies.
Direct Vendor Payments: PartyBusSearch does not collect direct payments or deposits for transportation services. Upon booking confirmation, the respective Vendor will contact you directly to secure payment and finalize the reservation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because payments are handled directly by the independent Vendors, all cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are subject to the specific policies of the Vendor you booked with. PartyBusSearch cannot issue refunds for services rendered by third-party operators.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or booking vehicles. Users are expected to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the individual Vendors, including but not limited to passenger capacities, alcohol policies, and damage liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartyBusSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our platform or the services provided by third-party Vendors.
