  • "Service" refers to the website, mobile applications, and online tools connecting Users with Vendors to search, compare, and book party buses.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in the United States to use our Service.

  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:

    • Use our Service for illegal purposes.

    • Impersonate any person or entity.

    • Interfere with the operation of our Service or attempt to access restricted areas.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle details, pricing, and availability.

  • Booking Process: You can browse Vendor listings and make bookings through our Service. All bookings are subject to the Vendor’s terms and policies.

  • Payments: Payments are processed directly by the Vendor. Party Bus Search provides information to facilitate booking but is not responsible for payment disputes or processing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Vendor Policies: Each Vendor sets their own cancellation and refund rules. Users should review these policies before booking.

  • Party Bus Search Role: We facilitate connections between Users and Vendors but are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or disputes between Users and Vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Vendor Actions: Party Bus Search is not responsible for any acts or omissions of Vendors, including service quality, safety, or compliance with laws.

  • Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Service and are not liable for technical issues or downtime.

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Party Bus Search, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Service.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your interactions with Vendors.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Privacy Policy: Use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • Data Sharing: Your information may be shared with Vendors to facilitate bookings and with service providers for operational purposes.

  • Payment Data: Your payment information is shared with Vendors to allow them to process bookings. Party Bus Search does not store or retain your payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Party Bus Search, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Party Bus Search.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from our platform without prior written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" revised.

  • Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by California law.

  • Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
